Care & Maintainance:
Cleaning: Do not wash. We recommend gently vacuuming this rug once or twice weekly with a brush attachment. Do not use an abrasive rotary brush head as this may damage to the rug.
Shipping: We aim to ship in 2 to 4 weeks. The shipping time varies and is higher for items that are being customised for sizes or not readily available in stock and have to be specially made for you.
Return: Return Policy is applicable if the request for return/replacement is made within 2 days of receipt of the product and will be as per the procedure listed in the Returns Policy.
