We do not ship to other countries automatically. FAQ’S

1. What are your payment methods?
We use a very reliable payment gateway i.e.Razorpay. You can make your payments using credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, Wallets.

2. What is the Return, Replacement & Refund policy?
We will only issue refunds if the items have been damaged during shipping or if you are able to show that they have been misrepresented on our website description. We will consider replacement or return of the product if in the unlikely event, the order has been mixed up.Any damage, misrepresentation or wrong product supplied must be brought to our notice within the notice period specified against each product along with photographic evidence. The notice period ranges from 2 days to 1 week of receipt of the product. Please contact us at care@thelivinginfluence.com

3. Please keep the original packaging intact.
In the case of Refunds, once the item is received back by us, we will refund the cost of the item excluding shipping charges, if any.

4. Can I order / enquire about items other than the ones mentioned on the TLI website?
Yes, we work very closely with the Designers featured on our website. Once we receive a list of your requirements, we will get back with available options, pricing and the delivery times. Please contact us at care@thelivinginfluence.com

5. Are all products listed on your site the same ?
Not all. Our one-off range is marked as ‘Limited’. We have a Consulting service which helps you find suitable design objects and cater to the special needs of your space.

6. How are the brands chosen?
TLI, The living Influence, salutes craft, creativity and collaboration. We list brands that include Artists, Galleries, Institutions of Design or Designers who are unique and stand out. These could be home-grown or International and in our view, deserve focussed promotion. We closely collaborate and interact with them and curate products designed, manufactured and sold by them.

7. How do I make a purchase?
Click the ‘Add to Cart / Buy it now’ button on the product page, and make a purchase by registering on our website or checking out as a Guest.

8. Do you have detailed pictures of your sale items on the TLI website?
Yes. The products featured on the TLI website are clean high quality images. We want you to go through the fine details of the piece you like before you actually put it in the cart and make your payment.

9. Can you provide further information about an object apart from what is described on the website?
Yes, we can. You can email us at care@thelivinginfluence.com  We will get in touch with the Designer and revert to you with the information.

10. What are your hours of operation and how should I contact you?
You can place an order on our website 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can contact us at care@thelivinginfluence.com for any queries.

11. Is it safe to give some personal information while registering or shopping on our site ?
Yes, it is totally safe and secure to shop on our site. We value the trust our customers put into The Living Influence and do not share their information without their authorization.This however does not apply to directives of the Government of India as per law. 12. I have forgotten my Password. How do I get it back or change it?
To retrieve your password or change it, click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ option on the Account icon on the top right corner of the home page. Enter your registered Email Id and you will receive an Email with a link to reset your password.

13. How do you confirm receiving my order
We verify your purchase and address details submitted by you and send you a confirmation email after you make your purchase.

14. How long does it take to receive my order and how do you transport it ?
The delivery times are mentioned for each item during the checkout before you make a payment. It varies from 5 days to 14 days or more for certain items. In case of customized or specific orders, it takes about 5 - 8 weeks to custom make it and dispatch. Items may be shipped by Air, Road or Rail to reach you in the times specified.

15. Do you ship products only to locations in India or also to other countries ?
Within India We ship products to the Metros and other major cities in the country. If a particular Pin code is not covered by our network, we will get in touch with you and inform you. However, we will endeavour to send the product to you if it is possible for us to do so. In such a situation, the shipping cost and the delivery timelines may vary.

Other countries We do not ship to other countries automatically. However, if you would like to purchase a product from the TLI website, please get in touch with us at care@thelivinginfluence.com  and we will get back to you with the feasibility, your landed costs, delivery times and other important related information.

Please Note that the price that will be indicated to you will account for taxes and shipping charges from India. However, in some geographies, Custom duties or local taxes may be applicable which will need to be borne by the customer.
