1. What payment methods do you accept?

We use a secure and trusted payment gateway – Razorpay. You can pay via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and mobile wallets for a seamless shopping experience.

2. What is the return, replacement, and refund policy?

We offer returns and refunds in case:

  • The item is damaged during shipping
  • The product does not match the description on our website
  • A wrong item has been delivered

All claims must be raised within 2 to 7 days of delivery (depending on the product) and as per the procedure listed in the Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

3. What are the conditions for refunds?

Please keep the original packaging intact. Refunds are initiated only after we receive the returned product in its original packaging. We will refund the cost of the item excluding shipping charges, if applicable.

4. Can I order / enquire about items other than the ones mentioned on the TLI website?

Yes! We work closely with our partner designers and brands featured on our website. If you're looking for something specific, email us your requirements at care@thelivinginfluence.com. Once we receive a list of your requirements, we will share custom options, pricing, and delivery timelines.

5. Are all the products listed on your site the same?

No, we offer both limited-edition and regular design collections. Look for the label ‘Limited’ on exclusive products. Our Design Consulting Services are also available to help you find suitable design objects & cater to the special needs of your space.

6. How do you select the brands and designers featured on TLI?

TLI, The Living Influence, salutes craft, creativity, and collaboration. We list brands that include Artists, Galleries, Institutions of Design or Designers who are unique and stand out. We carefully curate a mix of Indian and international designers, collaborating with them to showcase products they design, manufacture, and sell.

7. How do I place an order on The Living Influence website?

Simply click the ‘Add to Cart’ or ‘Buy it Now’ button on the product page and proceed to checkout. You can register on our website or complete the purchase as a guest.

8. Do you have detailed pictures of your sale items on the TLI website?

Yes, all products on our TLI website come with clear, high-resolution images. We want you to go through the fine details of the piece you like before you actually put it in the cart and make your payment.

9. Can you provide further information about an object apart from what is described on the website?

Absolutely. For any additional information not listed on the product page, please email us at care@thelivinginfluence.com and we’ll coordinate with the respective Designer and revert with the necessary details.

10. What are your customer support hours?

You can place orders 24/7 through our website. For any assistance, feel free to email us at care@thelivinginfluence.com and we’ll respond at the earliest.

11. Is it safe to share personal details while registering or shopping on your site?

Yes. Our website uses secure encryption protocols to protect your personal data. We value the trust our customers put into The Living Influence and do not share their information without consent, except as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

12. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

To retrieve or change your password, click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ option on the Account icon on the top right corner of the home page. Enter your registered email address and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password securely.

13. How will I know if my order was received?

After your payment is successful, we verify your purchase and address details and send you an order confirmation email with all the necessary details, including your order number and invoice.

14. What are your delivery timelines and how do you ship?

The delivery times are mentioned for each item during checkout before you make a payment. It varies from 5 days to 14 days or more for certain items.

In case of customized or specific orders, it may take 5–8 weeks. Items may be shipped via air, road, or rail, depending on the location and nature of the product.

15. Do you ship internationally or only within India?

Shipping within India: We ship products to the Metros and other major cities in the country. If a particular Pin code isn’t serviceable, we will inform you and try to explore alternatives. In such cases, shipping cost and delivery timelines may vary.

International Shipping: We do not offer automated international shipping. If you would like to purchase a product from the TLI website, email us at care@thelivinginfluence.com with your location and product details. We’ll respond with shipping feasibility, estimated costs, and delivery timelines.

Note: Prices quoted include taxes and shipping from India. In some locations, customs duties or local taxes may apply, which must be borne by the customer.
