Exploring materiality and pushing the boundaries of experimentation is at the core of our
practice—and this piece did not disappoint. No, these are not painted.
Combining the techniques of Nerikomi and inlay within ceramics—rather than metal or
wood—and working with two distinct clay bodies makes this process exceptionally rare.
Inspired by the coexistence of multiple timelines in the universe, these sconces are hand-built in layered terracotta and stoneware clay, and are high-fired at 1200°C

1. Wipe with a soft cloth; mild cleaners (like Colin) can be used
2. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately
3. Avoid abrasive scrubbers to protect the glaze finish
4. Keep electrical parts dry at all times
5. Handle carefully to prevent chips or cracks
6. Switch off and unplug before cleaning
7. Avoid placing near edges or high-traffic areas to prevent accidental knocks
8.Do not place heavy objects on or against the lamp
9. Lift from the base; avoid holding from the top opening or bulb area
10. Ensure the cord is not pulled, twisted, or trapped under furniture
11.Keep the wire away from sharp edges to prevent damage
12. Allow the bulb to cool before touching or replacing
13. Store in a padded box when not in use to prevent scratches and breakage
