As the product has been crafted by hand, using a natural material there can be slight variations in the grains of the wood and surface finish from piece to piece.

Care and Instructions:        

• Brass tends to age, becoming darker with time. The brass cup is removable and can be given a lemon bath/polished with Brasso cleaner to restore the original finish.
• Clean the wooden body with a lightly moistened cotton cloth.

• The products will be delivered within 4-5 weeks.
• Return Policy is applicable if the request for return/replacement is made within 1 week of receipt of the product and will be as per the procedure listed in the Returns Policy below.
