Taral, meaning fluid, the Taral Puja Thaali takes inspiration from the fluidity of molten aluminium and translates it into a form that feels almost poured, shaped and frozen in motion. Its organic contours flow into one another, giving the piece a sculptural shape.
Taral Puja Thaali is our contemporary take on a timeless Indian ritual. Sculpted with fluid, organic contours and antique brass finish, its form feels less like a traditional puja thali and more like a sculptural object—designed to bring heritage into the modern Indian home.
We’ve put thought into every detail of the thaali, considering the ritual it holds. A comfortable handle makes it easy to carry, while thoughtfully placed indents create natural holders for roli, chawal, kapur and other essentials. An opening that holds an incense stick, keeping everything you need for the ritual within the form itself. A 100% brass diya adds another functional element, allowing you to light incense cones or an oil diya as part of the ritual.
With its sculpted contours and carved surface, the thali doubles beautifully as a decorative object—placed on a console, coffee table or altar as a piece of functional sculpture.
