Care & Maintainance:
Cleaning: Do not wash. We recommend gently vacuuming this rug once or twice weekly with a brush attachment. Do not use an abrasive rotary brush head as this may damage to the rug.
Stain Removal: Wipe the stain carefully with a mixture of lukewarm water. Absorb excess liquid with a dry microfiber cloth.
Shipping: We aim to ship in 2 to 4 weeks (Domestic) and 4 to 6 weeks (International) on placement of the order ( The shipping time varies and is higher for items that are being customised for sizes or not readily available in stock and have to be specially made for you ).
Return: Return Policy is applicable if the request for return/replacement is made within 2 days of receipt of the product and will be as per the procedure listed in the Returns Policy below.
