Unique Chandelier!

This was first time we were planning on ordering a high value item from an online portal that too without viewing it in person. The fact that TLI has a multi brand storefront is super helpful in coming to a decision. We had looked across traditional “light”markets as well as other online brands but couldn’t find anything unique until this chandelier which fit our space perfectly. We we’re slightly sceptical to order the chandelier without seeing it physically however Pracheta and the entire Living Influence team made the entire process super smooth. From assuaging concerns to helping address technical concerns about instalation the TLI team was very helpful and supportive.
