Care & Maintainance:
Cleaning: Do not wash. We recommend gently vacuuming this rug once or twice weekly with a brush attachment. Do not use an abrasive rotary brush head as this may damage to the rug.
Stain Removal: Wipe the stain carefully with a mixture of lukewarm water. Absorb excess liquid with a dry microfiber cloth.
Shipping: We aim to ship in 6-9 days (Domestic) and 10-14 days (International) on placement of the order (not applicable for made to order rugs).
Return: Return Policy is applicable if the request for return/replacement is made within 2 days of receipt of the product and will be as per the procedure listed in the Returns Policy below.
